The monthly residential service fees shown above include 4 e-mail accounts. Additional e-mail accounts are $1.00 extra monthly. You will need to call the office with your e-mail names and passwords, so we may enter them in the system.

Service fees include all equipment and DOCSIS Modem rental. You may purchase the DOCSIS modem for $49.99 (plus all applicable sales tax). In so doing, your monthly service fees will be reduced by $5.00 per month. Sterling cable will buy back the modem for $49.99 during the first year of service if you should choose to disconnect service. After the first year Sterling Cable will not be under any obligation to buy back the modem. Should you choose to purchase the modem, Sterling Cable will maintain and service the modem as long as you subscribe to our Internet Service.

Internet accounts require a $100.00 deposit or a valid Major Credit Card number to be kept on file for security (deposit is required even with the purchase of the modem).

If you choose to network your computers to the Internet you may do so with the purchase of a router or hub, which are available at any computer store.
